Mid South Fabrication & Coating offers over 30,000 square feet of enclosed manufacturing space dedicated exclusively to fabrication.

All welding and fabrication are performed in-house by a highly skilled team committed to excellence. Our craftsmen challenge each other daily to deliver precision, consistency, and quality that exceeds expectations.

We leverage advanced technologies, including CNC plasma and oxy-fuel burn tables, powered by cutting-edge software, to cut plate steel up to 8 inches thick with exceptional accuracy.

Our expertise includes complex structural welding projects, supported by two AWS Certified Weld Inspectors who develop and qualify weld procedures internally — ensuring rapid turnaround and compliance with industry standards.

We also offer robotic welding capabilities and are an approved integrator with Lincoln Electric’s Robotics Division, enabling scalable, high-efficiency production for demanding applications.

At Mid South Fabrication, our machining operations are housed in a dedicated 18,000-square-foot facility designed for high-precision production and repair.

We’ve built a team of some of the industry’s most skilled and efficient machining professionals — experts who bring decades of experience and a commitment to craftsmanship to every project.

Whether it’s tight-tolerance components or complex repair work, our machinists consistently deliver results that meet the most demanding specifications. Their expertise, combined with our advanced equipment and quality-driven processes, ensures every part we produce exceeds expectations.

Industrial Coatings

Mid South's Paint Capacity far exceeds that of other fabricators in the area.

• 3 Paint Booths. Our largest climate-controlled paint booth is 30' x 60' x 30'.
• 20' x 30' Full Recovery Blast Booth
• Painting is done in climate climate-controlled environment. All paint is stored in a climate-controlled environment.

From wheels, bumpers, and 4x4 accessories, to hydraulic tanks and
large weldments. With our 10' x 12' x 25' batch oven, we make our quality finishes available on virtually any type of metal. Powder-coated surfaces are more resistant to chipping, scratching, fading, and wearing than other finishes.

Final Assembly

At Mid South, our comprehensive, in-house assembly services deliver a ready-to-use product straight to you.

We combine an unparalleled level of expertise under one roof. Our skilled mechanics are proficient in a range of disciplines, including electric, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic assembly.
